1.Material:

A.)All Q345B Steel plates for standard long reach boom.

B.)Heavy duty long reach boom and arm :The top and bottom use Q690D high strength steel plates,Other use Q340B steel plates.

Q345B steel same as S355 steel in Europe.

Q690D steel same as S690QL steel in Europe.

2.Internal view(spaced by vertical and horizontal reinforcement plate at regular interval)

3.All steel plate are beveled by beveling machine before welding.

4.Strong Welding:

A,)Multi-layer welding for the main stressed area.

B. )Welded with mixed gas between argon and carbon dioxide. Argon content:80%.Carbon dioxide content:20%.

C. )all of big welding lines by the auto-welding machine.

5.Pins:

All of our pins are hardened (to enhance hardness), tempereded(to enhance toughness) and grinded .So our pins costing is very high and we never had problem with our pins.

6.Bushing :

Coppery bushing are fitted inside the boom cylinder and boom-arm conjunction pinhole, so the pins won’t get deformed with the wear over long time.
